The recipient is not present, what to do?
It happens that recipients are not present to pick up their goods.
In this case, we apply a strict process to maximize the chances of delivery. After trying to deliver in the traditional way, we :

Who pays: me or my customers?

Whether you charge your customers for delivery or offer the service, we will always send the invoice to the « principal », i.e. you.

Is insurance provided?
Your goods are covered in case of : 
* damage 
* loss
* theft
for a maximum amount of 500€. 
Can I book a delivery in advance?

Of course! You can opt for express or scheduled delivery.
* Express: your request is processed within 30 minutes and the package is sent directly to its destination.
* Planned: you define the date and time of the delivery. One of our delivery men will come at the desired time.
